RETURN POLICY
- We currently do not offer a return or exchange policy as we are unable restock returned or opened goods due to sanitary reasons.
- Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.
- SWEET ESTHETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ORDERS.
- Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages
- 3.1. Customer Responsibility: In the event that a package is reported as lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered," customers are encouraged to take the following steps:
- a. Contact the shipping carrier: Customers should immediately contact the relevant shipping carrier to report the issue, request an investigation, and explore available remedies.
- b. Local authorities: If a package is stolen, customers should also consider filing a report with local law enforcement authorities.
- Any customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact USPS/ UPS with any questions or concerns once tracking information is provided to you.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@sweetesthetics.us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled
